Brian F. Cooke is principal and senior institutional consultant at Cooke Financial Group and serves as a board member of Sanctuary Wealth Partners. Brian and his brother oversaw the Cooke Financial Group’s 2016 merger with the Noyes Group, LLC, thus laying the groundwork for the formation of Sanctuary Wealth Partners, of which the Cooke Financial Group was the inaugural partner team.
Brian has been helping clients pursue their financial goals since 1992. As a tireless client advocate, he is dedicated to providing independent, objective and unbiased advice — the hallmark of Cooke Financial Group. He has been instrumental in expanding the practice’s capabilities to include the addition of family office services, investment banking, and local investment opportunities. As a principal of the Cooke Financial Group, Brian focuses on asset allocation analysis, professional money management consulting, and client communications.
His clients’ successes have earned Brian countless industry accolades and recognition. Most recently, he was named to Forbes’ 2019 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list, as well as to both Forbes’ 2018 Top 250 Wealth Advisors and Forbes’ 2018 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors lists. Brian also was named to the Financial Times Top 400 in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018. He was recognized by Barron’s as one of the Top 1200 Financial Advisors in America in 2015 and 2016, and was recognized by Barron’s as one of the Top 1000 Financial Advisors in America from 2010 through 2014. Brian was also named one of the Top Ten Advisors in the State of Indiana from 2010 through 2016 and was awarded the Five Star Wealth Manager award each year from 2012 to 2015.
In 2007, Brian was ranked 12th by On Wall Street magazine for Advisors under the age of 40. Locally, Brian received the Indianapolis Business Journal’s prestigious Forty Under 40 award, and was named one of “Indy’s Best and Brightest” by Junior Achievement. Since 1996, Brian has been honored with membership in the Wells Fargo Advisors Premier Advisors Recognition Council.
In 1995, Brian earned the professional designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA). He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. Brian and his wife, Amy, have two children and reside in Fishers, Indiana. Brian enjoys traveling and playing golf, tennis, and pickle ball.
